Heavy load conveyors
We provide chain conveyors with two, three or seven chains for the conveyance of heavy loads of up to 2,000 kilograms – anywhere, any time and with pinpoint accuracy.
Heavy load conveyors – concept examples
The chain conveyor is a space-saving and multi-purpose alternative to the roller conveyor, since it operates without conveyor rollers. Roller conveyors on the other hand are versatile all-rounders, and are also cheaper. We put together the ideal conveyor technology to meet the respective customer-specific requirements.
Transverse and longitudinal conveyance – the chain conveyor runs very reliably if the conveyed material features stable running surfaces. Due to its robust construction, it can also be used in critical environmental conditions. The two-strand chain conveyor transports and conveys parts with a transport weight of up to 1,500 kilograms.
The three-strand chain conveyor can supply parts of varying sizes and is height-adjustable.
Due to their stable construction, these chain conveyors are particularly well-suited to the transport of heavy parts weighing up to 2,000 kilograms on pallets. In addition to this, the seven-strand chain conveyor can be used to transport various pallet sizes – the main requirement is that they sit on at least two of the chains.
Due to their stable construction, these chain conveyors are particularly well-suited to the transport of heavy parts weighing up to 6,000 kilograms on pallets. The eight-strand chain conveyor can also be used to transport various pallet sizes.
A roller conveyor is an economic way to link two points. It is affordable, suitable for the transportation of high volumes and can be approved for various material widths. Furthermore, a roller conveyor also fulfils requirements with regard to space-saving storage within the production area, since the transport path simultaneously serves as a buffer surface.
