Pressing, screwing and other assembly work – we also supply the right jigs for almost all component geometries.
Assembly jigs – concept examples
We supply manual workstations and assembly stations for all component variants and for every level of automation.
We design complete manual workstations that provide workers with support in the form of joining devices and component checks. The customer determines the extent to which manual labour is assisted by means of additional modules. For example, we combine hardware such as printers and scanners, create software for RFID and camera technology and visualise the processes via a touch panel.
We build pressing stations with NC joining modules, which, for example, can mount rubber bearings or insert the flanged hub into the corner module of a front or rear axle.
This manual screw-fitting station allows the worker to perform ergonomic screw-fitting of wheel bearings, brake callipers and small parts such as hand brakes. Working with the EC nut-runner technology also enables the assembly of a pendulum support.
